Mission
The goal of the Family/Community Support Program is to help individuals with traumatic brain injuries and their families find practical solutions to the difficult problems faced when living with the long-term consequences of a traumatic brain injury (TBI).

Who does the program serve?
The program serves any individual who provides a reasonable indication that they have a TBI.  Individuals may apply for services directly or be referred by a doctor, facility or agency.  Individuals must be a legal resident of Florida and a legal citizen of the United States.  All resources and supports are provided free of charge to persons with Traumatic Brain Injury, and their families / caregivers.
