Local Offices
Family/Community Support Specialists work at offices located throughout the state. Our Specialists provide individualized information, education, support and advocacy to, with and on behalf of individuals with TBI and their families.  Services are delivered by phone and/or in the individual's home and community.  All resources and supports are provided free of charge to persons with traumatic brain injuries and their families/caregivers.
