I.M. Brainy
(Ages 4-6)

I.M. Brainy is an interactive curriculum developed especially for pre-school children ages 4-6 and delivered by using the plush and friendly I.M. Brainy puppet. The curriculum contains five lesson plans that combine important safety messages with fun, interactive activities.

Helmutt® and his Fan Club
(Ages 6-10)

Helmutt is a large dog who works tirelessly to tell Floridians how wearing a helmet can save your life.  He is available in costume form and can visit your school or community.

Mission:
The goal of BIAF’s Prevention Program is to help and enhance local safety programs by developing and providing projects, products, resources, and tools that promote behaviors that prevent traumatic brain injury. Since 1994, BIAF has been recognized both nationally and internationally for our innovative prevention materials, safety efforts and partnerships.

Who does the program serve?
Any individual or group who is promoting safe and healthy living in their community can benefit from the tools and materials they obtain from BIAF. BIAF partners with police and fire departments, Safe Kids Coalitions, Epilepsy Associations, Think First programs, county health departments, rural and CMS nurses, schools, traffic safety groups, senior centers and many others.
