Florida Division of Vocational Rehabilitation
An employment resource for businesses and people with disabilities. Our mission is to enable individuals with disabilities to obtain and keep employment.

Lash & Associates
Specializing in information on the treatment of brain injury and concussion in adults and children. Tip cards, manuals, books and training programs on traumatic brain injury can be used in hospitals, rehabilitation programs, schools, community agencies and at home.     

Florida Spinal Cord Injury Resource Center
A "partner" Resource Center, also funded by the Brain & Spinal Cord Injury Program.

Head Injury Hotline
A comprehensive brain injury resource center.

Disability Resources
Information about books, pamphlets, magazines, newsletters, videos, databases, government agencies, nonprofit organizations, telephone hotlines and on-line services that provide free, inexpensive or hard-to-find information to help people with disabilities live independently.

Florida Diagnostic and Learning Resources Systems
Provides diagnostic and instructional support services to district exceptional student education programs and families of students with exceptionalities statewide.

Learning Disabilities Association of Florida
The association serves parents, professionals, and adults with learning disabilities.

Family Network on Disabilities in Florida
Statewide network of families and individuals who may be at-risk, have disabilities, or have special needs and their families, professionals, and concerned citizens.

Bureau of Exceptional Education and Student Services
Administers programs for students with disabilities for the Florida Dept. of Education.

The Advocacy Center for Persons with Disabilities
Non-profit organization providing protection and advocacy services in the State of Florida.

Agency for Persons with Disabilities
The primary mission of the APD is to support persons with developmental disabilities in living, learning, and working, in all aspects of community life.

The Able Trust
Also known as the Florida Governor's Alliance for the Employment of Citizens with Disabilities.

Florida Independent Living Council
Promotes independent living opportunities for persons with disabilities throughout the state of Florida.

Florida Commission for the Transportation Disadvantaged
Mission: To ensure the availability of efficient, cost-effective, and quality transportation services for transportation disadvantaged persons.

Brain injury information from the National Center for Injury Prevention and Control.
