Mentors offer support, education and information about the experience of brain injury from the perspective of someone who is living it every day.

Technical assistance and training for organizations and agencies that serve individuals with TBI

Family/Community Support Specialists work at offices located throughout the state.Our Specialists provideindividualized information, education, support and advocacy to, with and on behalf of individuals with TBI and their families. Services are delivered by phone and/or in the individual's home and community. All resources and supports are provided free of charge to persons with traumatic brain iBIAF Regionsnjuries and their families/caregivers.

Community Capacity Building
Community organizations and agencies can receive technical assistance and TBI training from BIAF to help them serve or better serve individuals with TBIs and their families. If your business, organization or agency would like to serve people with TBI or would like information to help you serve these individuals better, please contact your local Family/Community Support office.
