The Brain Injury Association of Florida, Inc. (BIAF) is a 501c3 charitable organization. Contributions are tax deductible to the extent allowed by law. The Brain Injury Association of Florida is registered with the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services Solicitation of Contributions Act, License #SC-01099. Effective January 1, 1994, the IRS Code requires us to acknowledge your contribution if we provide you with goods or services. The amount of your contribution that is deductible is limited to the excess of your contribution over the value of goods or services provided to you.
